29 enero 2024.- Ante el anuncio de una paralización del personal de salud del C.S. Chala.

𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗗𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗗 𝗗𝗘 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗔 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗘 𝗛𝗨𝗘𝗟𝗚𝗔

29 enero 2024.- Ante el anuncio de una paralización del personal de salud del C.S. Chala, el Dr. Abraham Rodríguez Rivas – Gerente Regional de Salud, envió una comisión a este distrito para concertar soluciones a los problemas suscitados.

La comisión integrada por la directora ejecutiva de Recursos Humanos de la GERESA y por funcionarios de la red de salud Camaná Caravelí, desde las 08.00 horas del día de hoy, se reunieron con la responsable del establecimiento de salud y trabajadores.

Después de una extensa reunión, durante la cual médicos, enfermeras, obstetras, técnicos, entre otros, expusieron su problemática y necesidades, se tomaron acuerdos que permitieron levantar la medida de protesta hasta el próximo lunes 05 de febrero.

Dentro de los principales acuerdos, el C.S. Chala y Red Camaná Caravelí deberán presentar a la GERESA un informe técnico sobre la situación actual de RR.HH. y el requerimiento necesario para que amplíen su horario de atención a 24 hrs. Asimismo, la Gerencia en coordinación con la red analizaran el cuadro de personal, para evaluar con que plazas 276 y CAS se pueden contratar más profesionales y técnicos, para fortalecer la atención en Chala, debiendo remitir una respuesta antes del 05 de febrero.

La Gerencia Regional de Salud, comprometida con el bienestar de la población, continuará desarrollando las acciones necesarias para fortalecer los servicios de salud en el primer nivel de atención.
