09 febrero 2021.- La Contraloría General detectó un perjuicio económico de S/ 26 573 054.47 en la región Arequipa.

09 febrero 2021.- La Contraloría General detectó un perjuicio económico de S/ 26 573 054.47 en la región Arequipa por las irregularidades detectadas en la ejecución de obras, penalidades no cobradas, aprobación y entrega indebida de vales de alimentos, prescripción de papeletas, entre otras, las cuales están detalladas en los informes de auditoría de cumplimiento y de control específico, periodo 2020.

Los servicios de control posterior en las modalidades de Auditoría de Cumplimiento y Servicios de Control Específico con Presunta Irregularidad, se realizaron en 34 instituciones públicas, entre las que se encuentra el Gobierno Regional, las Municipalidades Provinciales de Arequipa, Caylloma, Islay, Castilla, Camaná, Municipalidades Distritales de Cayma, Cerro Colorado, Paucarpata, Socabaya, Uchumayo, Tiabaya, Gerencia Regional de Transportes, EsSalud, Egasa, Sedapar entre otras entidades.

Según información publicada en la plataforma Velocímetro de los Servicios de Control del portal institucional de la Contraloría General, en estos informes de control posterior se ha encontrado a 335 funcionarios públicos con presunta responsabilidad administrativa (310), civil (119) y penal (109).
